High-quality produce from a "site of exceptional culinary taste": Veal from suckling calves

In 2008, the city of OBJAT was awarded the "SITE REMARQUABLE DU GOUT" label for the quality of its suckling calf markets. Raised on family farms, suckling calves are fed solely with their mother's milk. The white, slightly pink meat produced from these calves is healthy, full of vitamins and trace elements, and has been awarded a "label rouge" quality label. Whether it is prepared stuffed or accompanied by chanterelle mushrooms, this wonderful product dish is tender, with a subtle hazelnut flavour.
