Situated in the heart of the Massif des Monédières, this centre hosts themed exhibitions and events, as well as an area where visitors can learn more about the local landscape, buy local products (marmelades, different kinds of honeys, liquories, potery, artisanal candles, artisanal wood stuff…) and browse in the bookshop. A space is dedicated to Jean Ségurel, a famous accordion player, enthusiastic cyclist and founder of the Bol d'Or des Monédières cycle race which takes place every year at the beginning of August. Access for disabled visitors. Open daily from Easter to 30 September: 10am-noon and 2-6pm (until 7pm in July-August). Free admission. Open for groups by prior arrangement.
